GDS are a Manufacturing company based in Bristol (UK) with offices in the UK and USA.

Formed in 2004 by Richard Cuthbert and Matthew Lloyd, GDS is a steadily expanding company with six established product ranges, a versatile design and manufacturing facility with over 12 full time employees.

Product Development and Manufacturing innovative products are the core of the business, developing new inventions specifically aimed at integrating technology in niche markets and solving specialist problems.

Our Unique team has vast experience within the entertainment industry from international sales to design and engineering. Focusing on UK manufacturing and local sourcing allows GDS to streamline its carbon footprint for all of the GDS products, and promote UK growth wherever possible. The company also has an established international distribution network where we are represented in over 45 countries. Dynamic working at GDS facilitates rapid response to market changes. We are always looking at the larger market scope to deliver products that are in it for the long term through quality and innovative design practices.

GDS has developed several award-winning product ranges including the well established Bluesystem, a backstage LED performance work light, and MOBAL, an intuitive, reliable, robust cable tester for 'Socapex' multi-core cabling.
